Renay Docking is a highly accomplished Project and Program Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience
delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across global environments. A certified Project Management
Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, she
leads programs governed by PMBOK® guidelines,
ensuring disciplined execution from feasibility studies and business case development through budget creation,
implementation, and transition to operations.
Renay applies Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies through a strategic hybrid model tailored to project
scope, risk, and organizational maturity. Her expertise spans IT infrastructure, cloud, data centers, networking, security,
AV integrations, and construction-aligned technology deployments within highly regulated enterprise environments.
Earlier in her career, Renay held Senior Project and Program Manager roles at NTT Data (formerly Dimension Data
SA), where she gained extensive experience in large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure delivery. In this capacity, she
worked on strategic programmes for two of South Africa’s largest financial institutions, Standard Bank and ABSA Bank
(Barclays Africa).She fulfilled the role of IT Infrastructure Programme Manager at Standard Bank, overseeing complex,
large-scale hardware and software rollouts across multiple sites. Acting on behalf of Commercial Real Estate Services
(CRES) at ABSA, she served as the IT lead within the construction and facilities projects, providing the critical interface
between IT, property development teams, consultants, and contractors. Her responsibilities included aligning IT
infrastructure requirements with building design and construction programmes, coordinating multi-disciplinary
stakeholders, managing programme timelines and risks, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology systems
into new and refurbished commercial environments.
This experience strengthened her ability to operate at the intersection of infrastructure delivery, programme
management, and stakeholder coordination, skills that have directly informed her later work in construction
infrastructure delivery. Renay spent eight years based in California acting as a direct extension of the Google Business Operations team,
serving as a key stakeholder within the construction program managed by Google Real Estate and Workplace Services
(REWS). In this capacity, she partnered closely with construction, engineering, design, and workplace services teams
to align technology deployment strategies with new building developments and tenant improvement projects.
Her regional focus included high-visibility deployments across Silicon Valley, the U.S. East Coast, and
Canada—supporting greenfield and brownfield environments, data centers, and complex enterprise AV integrations
within fast-paced construction schedules. She ensured technology readiness was fully synchronized with build
timelines, capacity planning, procurement logistics, and operational transition requirements.
In her leadership role supporting Google LLC via NTT DATA, Inc., Renay successfully delivered multimillion-dollar
global deployment programs, including over 500 enterprise AV environments with budgets exceeding $10M. She
oversaw financial governance, forecasting, labor planning, procurement, vendor management, risk mitigation, and
executive stakeholder reporting across geographically distributed teams.

Sidony Ellapen – Civil & Traffic Engineering
Sidony Ellapen is a highly experienced Transportation Engineering professional and registered Professional
Engineering Technologist with close to two decades of progressive responsibility in traffic engineering,
transportation planning, and public transport infrastructure development. She currently serves as Manager: Traffic
Impact Assessments at the Johannesburg Roads Agency, where she provides strategic and technical leadership
in the assessment, planning, and approval of transportation studies, Traffic Impact Assessments (TIAs), and
integrated transport plans for major public and private developments across the metropolitan area
In her role, Sidony leads multidisciplinary technical teams responsible for evaluating the transport impacts of
complex developments, ensuring alignment with municipal frameworks, statutory requirements, and long-term
mobility objectives. She plays a central role in shaping city-wide transport outcomes through the review and
refinement of master plans, access strategies, and future-focused transportation proposals that support
sustainable urban growth.
Sidony has spearheaded the planning, design, and implementation of public transport facilities and mobility
solutions in close collaboration with the City of Johannesburg Transportation Department. Her work has
contributed to the delivery of integrated public transport infrastructure that enhances accessibility, safety, and
operational efficiency for commuters while supporting transit-oriented development principles.
A key component of her expertise lies in developing, assessing, and enforcing public transport facility
requirements that developers are mandated to incorporate into both greenfield and brownfield developments.
This includes the integration of public transport infrastructure, pedestrian facilities, road networks, and access
management measures within private developments to ensure compatibility with existing and planned municipal
transport systems. Her contributions have directly influenced policy application and implementation standards
used in development approvals.
Sidony is also responsible for overseeing wayleave applications and facilitating multi-departmental approvals,
acting as a technical liaison between developers, engineers, municipal departments, and external authorities.
Through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement, she ensures that infrastructure proposals comply
with engineering standards, land use approvals, and road authority requirements, enabling efficient
implementation while mitigating transport and road safety risks.
Her professional experience extends to road safety auditing, geometric design assessments, traffic modelling,
access analysis, and the application of SARTSM standards for traffic signals and signage. She has been
actively involved in mega city developments funded by major investors, providing technical guidance on access,
mobility, and transport integration at both strategic and implementation levels.
Throughout her career, Sidony has demonstrated a strong ability to translate complex technical analysis into
practical, policy-aligned transport solutions, supporting informed decision-making by senior management,
planners, and regulatory authorities. Her work reflects a balance between engineering excellence, regulatory
compliance, and sustainable urban mobility outcomes, positioning her as a trusted professional in the field of

Her earlier roles at Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and in the private sector strengthened her technical
foundation in stormwater systems, road safety auditing, traffic calming prioritization, and infrastructure
budgeting. She has consistently contributed to improved mobility, enhanced road safety performance, and
optimized transportation systems within rapidly growing urban environments.
Sidony holds a B-Tech in Transportation Engineering and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and is
registered as a Professional Engineering Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa. Her
